É classificado # 357 na lista da revista Rolling Stone de "500 Greatest Songs of All Time", e tem sido objecto de numerosos artistas, designadamente Derek and the Dominos, Rod Stewart, Andy Timmons, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Monte Montgomery, Kirk Hammett do Metallica, Pearl Jam, Sting, John Mayer, Skid Row, The Corrs, Toto, Tak Matsumoto, John Petrucci, Concrete Blonde, Paul Rodgers e muitos outros. Versão de Stevie Ray Vaughan ganhou um Grammy de Melhor Rock Instrumental por desempenho em 1993.
